Sasiri is a financial facilitation and application support service. Sasiri is not a licensed bank, finance company, or financial institution. We do not grant loans, issue credit, or make approval decisions. Our role is to help customers understand the process, prepare documents, and structure their application before it is submitted to a relevant licensed financial institution.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during any application or communication with Sasiri.
Submitting a pre-approval application through Sasiri does not create any obligation on our part or on any financial institution to approve the application. Any approval, rejection, rates, or terms are determined solely by the relevant licensed financial institution according to its own policies.
Any agreement you enter into with a licensed financial institution is strictly between you and that institution. Sasiri is not a party to such agreements and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, decisions, products, or services of any third party.
Any applicable service fees, if charged, will be communicated to you clearly before commencement. You are responsible for any fees, charges, or interest imposed by the financial institution you ultimately engage with.
All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics, video, and design — is the property of Sasiri or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sasiri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the service or any decision by a financial institution.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sasiri, its affiliates, and personnel from any claim, liability, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
